BOOKING POLICY
How to Book

Payment
Upon receipt of written confirmation of availability of the villa during the period requested, you must pay a deposit of 10%. The reservation will be considered valid only after receiving this deposit. The balance must be paid within 45 days prior to start of the rental period.
Minimum Rental Period & Rates
The minimum rental period is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. The rental prices are per week and are sub-divided according to the rental seasons.
Arrival & Departure
The arrival/departure must take place as follows:
Arrival: Saturday between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Departure: Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
If you are going to be earlier or later, the owners must be informed on time.
Upon Arrival
On arrival you will be asked to present your passport or identity card in order for us to proceed with registration in accordance with Italian legal requirements.
Security deposit
A security deposit of Euro 1000 must be paid, in cash upon arrival. (We do not accept checks) The deposit will be refunded at the end of the holiday less any deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs that were not included in the rental price.
Pets
We ask that you advise us at the time of booking if you plan to bring any pets.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you are forced to cancel your reservation, the following charges will apply:
More than 45 days* prior to the start of the rental period: 10% of the total rental fee
From 45 - 30 days* prior to the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental fee
Less that 30 days* prior to the start of the rental period: 80% of the total rental fee
* days will be calculated based on the date we receive written notice of the cancellation
